Cancellation Policy

We want you to love PocketRep, but we understand if you need to go. Here's how cancellation works — no tricks, no hassle.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@pocketrep.pro.

1. Free Trial Cancellation

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Your account will remain active until the end of the trial period, then access is removed. No payment information is charged until the trial ends.

2. Paid Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

3. How to Cancel

In-app: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
Email: Send a request to support@pocketrep.pro from the email associated with your account.

Cancellation requests via email are processed within 1 business day.

4. Refund Policy

First 48 hours after first payment: Full refund available, no questions asked.
After 48 hours: No refunds for the current billing cycle, but you keep access until the period ends.
Annual plans: Refund requests within the first 14 days of the annual subscription are eligible for a prorated refund.

5. What Happens to Your Data

After cancellation, your data (call notes, AI conversation history, follow-up drafts) is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted.

If you want immediate deletion, email privacy@pocketrep.pro and we will process your request within 5 business days.

6. Resubscribing

If you come back within 30 days, your data is still there. Just pick a plan and start where you left off. After 30 days, you start fresh with a clean account.
